Sony has already shown in the latter part of this gen that awesome games is the main focus. Their 1st and 2nd party studios are amazing. There are going to be ps2 era AAA releases in 2014 and forward. Believing anything else is moronic.

Anything above that is resource stealing IMO. I have a computer for nextflix and hulu. Skype from my phone and a cable box for TV.

Agreed. I like giving the other side a ribbing now and again but I would never wish a console failure on anyone. I had a couple in the past and it SUCKS.
As I feel sorry for late adopters I shake my head at the same time. I preordered mine the morning after E3. If people STILL haven't preordered, well, not my problem.

I personally liked Mario galaxy. Very innovative and fun to play with my daughter. Better than GTA or Fallout or TLOS? No. Better than COD? Yes.

Sonys track record is enough for me. Back at the launch of the ps3 it was doom and gloom on n4g and the site was 80% ms fans. Sony fans were berated about lack of games, high price, etc. I was a 360 adopter, I admit it but after a few months I had hardware issues and ms support FOR ME sucked. When the mgs4 bundle came out I bought it and never looked back. Game after game after game started coming out.

Hey, I'm all for History when watching the History Channel. Could care less if Blackbeard was a lefty and they made him right handed in the game. I'm buying AC4 for whales, naval battles, exploration and killing people all wrapped up in a neat set of graphics that beat previous installments.
